Lisa Rivera-LaMantia, AICP, is Senior Project Manager for the Central Ohio Transit Authority in Columbus, Ohio where she is currently working on the implementation of an account-based mobile/smart card fare payment system. Prior to COTA, Lisa was transportation planning manager for the City of Columbus. She holds a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Infrastructure Planning and Management from the University of Washington focusing on technology and transportation integrative solutions. Lisa is also the recipient of 2019 Latinos in Transit/MV Transportation Scholarship. She is passionate about public transit and its advocacy as well as planning for equitable mobility options.
